Benjamin P. Millis , SIOR

Managing Director

Ben Millis, SIOR, serves as a managing director at Newmark Knight Frank's Las Vegas office and is a member of the Capital Markets Division of NKF and its Private Client Investment Properties Team. Mr. Millis partners with David Wrzesinski to represent landlords and tenants in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties, as well as vacant land sales throughout the Las Vegas market. He is particularly adept at logistics analysis, valuation, cash flow modeling and sale-leaseback transactions and has completed hundreds of transactions valued in excess of $275 million throughout his career.

Mr. Millis has been working in the commercial real estate industry in the Las Vegas region for 12 years. He is also a real estate investor and has acted as the managing partner on 10 investment properties throughout the Las Vegas area. He joined NKF in 2010, after serving as vice president of industrial sales and leasing at NAI Global. Additionally, Mr. Millis was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where he earned four Certificates of Commendation and two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.

Mr. Millis recently achieved the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, the leading global professional office and industrial real estate affiliation, representing today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate specialists.
