E-gineering, a consulting firm offering custom software solutions, has reached a deal to expand their footprint in the Indianapolis area. Founded 16 years ago, they specialize in providing talent for the ever-growing tech market through project leadership, software development, and quality control testing.
After outgrowing their current space, occupied since 2011, they decided it was time to move into a larger office that could accommodate their growth.
“We have undergone small expansions since 2011, but with the growth we have seen it was time to move into a larger space,” said Don Taggart, co-owner of E-gineering. “This new space will allow us to host larger company gatherings, as well as several industry technology groups each month.”
Jenna Barnett, President of Newmark Halakar, has represented E-gineering for over a decade and worked tirelessly to find the right location for the expansion. “Jenna has been an excellent advocate for us; conducting business with integrity, courtesy and respect - which fits who we are,” Taggart stated.
The expansion plans would not have been complete without finding the perfect property for the client, and Allison Pointe 5 became the obvious choice. “John Edgeworth and Tom Laskey have been fantastic property owners and managers,” said Taggart. “We are proud and delighted to be working with them again for our expansion.”
