Newmark, a leading global commercial real estate advisory firm, today announced that it has agreed to acquire nationally known corporate tenant representation real estate agency Jackson Cooksey, a move that enhances the scope of Newmark’s Global Corporate Services platform. James C. Cooksey, who will join Newmark’s Texas office as Vice Chairman and President of Tenant Representation Texas, founded the Dallas-based Jackson Cooksey Company in 1982.
