Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is pleased to announce that four commercial real estate specialists have joined the firm from Mohr Partners. Randall Tarnow, Adam Lightbody and John Eagal have joined NGKF’s Detroit office as executive managing director, associate and financial analyst, respectively, and Greg Krzysko has joined the firm’s Chicago office as senior managing director.

Bringing 28 years of commercial real estate experience, Tarnow has significant experience in tenant/corporate real estate advisory services including tenant advocacy, portfolio assessment and strategic planning. Prior to joining NGKF, he served as a principal with Friedman Real Estate Group and most recently was a managing principal at Mohr Partners. Throughout Tarnow’s career, he has represented clients such as Panasonic, GKN Driveline, Autoneum, Actuant, Butzel Long, Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems and Henniges Automotive North American Lighting, to name a few.
Lightbody joins NGKF from Mohr Partners where he served as an account executive focusing on identifying and delivering corporate representation services to multi-market clients. Prior to Mohr Partners and his graduate studies, he served as an associate with O’Keefe & Associates Consulting. A licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Michigan, Lightbody received his master’s degree in supply chain management from Michigan State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oakland University.
Eagal brings extensive analytics experience in the real estate and finance industries to his new role. Prior to joining NGKF, he was a research analyst with Mohr Partners where he specialized in the development of real estate solutions through research, financial analysis and portfolio assessment. He began his career as a financial analyst with Ford Land, contributing forecasting and business analysis while also streamlining and improving the firm’s databases and processes. Eagal holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Krzysko brings significant capital markets experience, specializing in providing real estate solutions that enable clients to rationalize capital, improve flexibility and enhance financial performance. Prior to joining NGKF, he served as a key member of the corporate financial staff of a Fortune 10 company advising the CFO on strategic acquisitions, corporate restructuring, alternative financing structures and multimillion-dollar real estate transactions. Krzysko most recently was a managing director of capital market services at Mohr Partners. Throughout his esteemed career, he has represented clients such as AT&T, DeVry, Daimler Chrysler, Delphi, Sears Roebuck & Co., and Wendy’s, to name a few.
