Steve Fletcher , CCIM


Steve Fletcher specializes in landlord and tenant representation in the sale and leasing of warehouse/distribution facilities, manufacturing facilities and food facilities throughout the Denver industrial market. He is a Denver native and second-generation real estate specialist, which provides his clients with a unique market perspective. 

Mr. Fletcher provides custom-tailored industrial real estate solutions and is exceptionally skilled at developing strategies to identify, negotiate and close transactions given his in-depth commercial real estate knowledge and specific Denver market expertise. In addition to disposition work, Mr. Fletcher consults with his clients, assisting them with valuation of existing properties, future requirements, and site locations.

Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Fletcher spent seven years as part of the Industrial Services Group at Grubb & Ellis. Mr. Fletcher is also involved in the oversight of the RBF Family Trust property portfolio, which includes nearly 200,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space.
