Jason B. Addlesperger , SIOR

Executive Managing Director

Jason Addlesperger is recognized industrywide for his solid record of achievement in investment/user sales, leasing assignments, land sales and corporate real estate services. He also has significant experience in completing transactions nationwide, as his client relationships extend beyond the Rocky Mountain region. Since 2005, Mr. Addlesperger has successfully brokered real estate transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1.5 billion since 2005.

A valuable resource for clients, Mr. Addlesperger offers a wealth of knowledge and valuable insight on Denver's market fundamentals. With 20 years of experience, he is able to address present-day trends and off-market commercial real estate deals from a historical perspective. He has received numerous industry awards and accolades, including NAIOP's Transaction of the Year award for "the Largest Office Lease in the Last Decade" and Industrial Broker of the Year award in 2010.  

Mr. Addlesperger partners with seasoned commercial real estate broker David Lee. Most notably, the team has successfully brokered 75% of all closed sales transactions in Denver's Southeast Submarket annually for the past 18 years. Mr. Addlesperger currently lists 2.0 million square feet of industrial/flex leasing and investment sale assignments throughout Denver.
