Law Firm Leases New Offices In White Plains

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International Group Inc. announced it represented the law firm Fleischman Bonner & Rocco LLP in its lease of new offices at 81 Main Street in White Plains. Colliers secured roughly 2,400 square feet for the law firm on the fifth floor of the building, which is a 125,000-square-foot Class A office property located in downtown White Plains.

The location offers on-site parking and features a newly renovated lobby and brand new café on the premises, according to a spokesperson. The building is steps from the White Plains train station and is situated within easy reach of local shops and restaurants as well as the White Plains courthouses.

Fleischman Bonner & Rocco is a law firm with national focus known for litigating complex cases in both state and federal court. In one case, it successfully won over $1.8 billion on behalf of victims of the 1983 Marine Corps Barracks bombing in Beirut, Lebanon.
