Tabani Group has appointed Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) as the exclusive leasing agent for four of its prominent retail centers throughout Chicagoland. NKF senior managing directors James Schutter and Terry Alexa, along with managing director Larry Kling, director Luke Sementa and associate John Fiori, will lead the brokerage team assigned to lease the retail spaces at Renaissance Place, The Glen Town Center, Town Center Promenade and Home Depot Center. Together, the new assignments total over 500,000 square feet of retail space.
“We are thrilled to be marketing these four outstanding retail centers,” said Schutter. “The retail and mixed-use centers each include a well-diversified mix of highly recognizable tenants, entertainment and an abundance of parking, which make them perfectly positioned to attract national and local brands.”
Located on Green Bay Road in Highland Park, Illinois, Renaissance Place features retail, entertainment, 30 luxury residential apartments, three levels of 100 percent occupied office space and 519 parking spaces between street level and underground. Notable tenants include Pottery Barn, Burn Boot Camp, Starbucks, Club Pilates, Chipotle and Landmark Theatres. NKF will market three available retail spaces—900 square feet, 2,900 square feet and 4,847 square feet—within Renaissance Place.
NKF will also begin marketing the retail spaces at The Glen Town Center (“The Glen”), located in Glenview, Illinois. Anchored by ArcLight Cinemas, Von Maur, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Starbucks, Yard House and Jos. A. Bank, The Glen offers a mix of national and local full-service and quick-service restaurants, entertainment and fashion, fitness and personal service retailers. The site also features valet parking and more than 1,700 public parking spaces. The NKF team will market the available retail spaces, which range from 720 to 20,000 square feet.
Town Center Promenade, located on Rand and Long Grove Roads in Deer Park, Illinois, includes tenants such as Crate & Barrel, Whole Foods, Apple, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Jamba Juice. Immediate availabilities include a 4,168-square-foot space and a 3,438-square-foot former restaurant space. Lastly, the 149,326-square-foot Home Depot Center in Orland Park, Illinois features retailers Home Depot, JC Light, Oberweis and Five Guys. Located at the intersection of Harlem Avenue and 159th Street, Home Depot Center features a signalized entrance along with two additional curb cuts. NKF has begun marketing three available spaces, 410 square feet, 5,730 square feet and 5,843 square feet.
