Kroger-anchored shopping center near Gwinnett Place Mall sold to Atlanta-based firm

A Kroger-anchored shopping center located near Gwinnett Place Mall has been sold to new owners, according to the firm that handle the sale.

Newmark Knight Frank announced Weingarten sold the 45,809-square-foot Reynolds Crossing shopping center to Atlanta-based Leaders Investment Group for an undisclosed sum. Reynolds Crossing was built in 2005 and is located at the intersection of Steve Reynolds Blvd. and Old Norcross Road.
