Rob Lundin is Senior Managing Director with Newmark. With over 26 years of experience, Lundin has focused exclusively on the Chicago suburbs and is widely regarded as an expert in repositioning of office properties. Throughout his career, he has developed and led the repositioning campaigns of several buildings in the suburban office market, including Executive Towers West, Oakbrook Terrace Tower, Triangle Plaza, 5215 Old Orchard and Two Pierce Place. In 2008, CoStar Group selected Lundin as a national power broker based on leasing transaction volume. In 2009, Lundin was a finalist for Office Property Representative of the year at the Greater Chicago Food Depository Awards.
